Macaulay Plumbing Reviews From Our Customers

“Robert Macaulay responded very quickly to my request to fit a new thermostatic valve to my shower, and was able to fit me in the following day. He arrived promptly at 9 am, and fitted the pre-ordered valve. In doing so he found the CT pump had also failed. He went to the nearby plumbing supplies showroom and obtained a replacement CT50+EXTRA Bathroom Shower pump and installed it. I cannot recommend him highly enough: his skill, professionalism and work ethic was superb. Many thanks.”

“Very helpful and reliable in an emergency situation, Fitted a leaking outside tap within minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend Rob.”

“I was recommended Robert from a friend, he done our bathroom and we couldn’t have been happier! So professional reliable and helpful bathroom looks amazing and was fitted perfectly. I’m quite fussy and like things done properly and I could NOT criticise his work if I tried!! Will have him form now on and the foreseeable to do any work we need. I have recommended him to all friend family and clients in need of a plumber as I know he is trustworthy and fair. It’s nice to have a someone/company you can trust.”
